* It’s strong concentrated formula removes lime residues, rust, dirt, paint, algae, mineral deposits and slag by breaking or melting, thanks to its fast penetrating feature.

It’s necessary to mix it from time to time to clean the limescale on the parts that are in the diluted product. When the process is finished, rinse with plenty of clean water.

* Cleaning of boilers and cooling towers

1. Drain the liquid in the system
2. Fill the system fully with water and empty it.
3. Fill the system with water up to the prescribed level.
4. Add the BRASH product to the system little by little (do not pour the product into the water at once!)
5. Raise the water temperature to 50-60 ºC. Prevent the temperature from rising above 60ºC. Eject the gases formed during the temperature rise with the valves.
6. When the process is finished, drain the system, fill the system with water and drain again. It is recommended to add some industrial soda to neutralize it in the final rinse.
7. If pH level of the inlet water and the outlet water is equal, the rinsing process is finished.
8. If there is still sediment and lime in the system, repeat the above steps.
9. Take the water of your system, add the necessary additives and activate it.

* Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:5 -1:10 for spraying, brushing and dipping.
*It can be diluted with water by 1:10 to 1:50 for the circulation method.

WARNING: In the process of diluting the BRASH product with water, the container to be used should be durable to heat and acid. It must be made of durable material. Water is added to the dilution tank first and then the BRASH product is added little by little. Do not pour BRASH product into water at once! Sudden temperature rise and splashing occurs.
