RAS HK 02

It is an anti-static dry lubricant with a friction-reducing effect used on a wide range of materials. It can be used in machines working with metal, plastic, glass, wood, rope and paper. It provides a dirt-free surface. It is not affected by salt water. It prevents friction, snagging, jamming and squeaking noises. Since it does not contain grease, it is ideal for general use as well as for textile and paper industry use.

Clean and degrease the surface to be applied. Shake the can before using it. Spray on the surface from 25 cm to form a thin film layer and wait for it to dry. First try the product on a small part of the surface you will use.

It can be used in shuttles of weaving machines, polyamide gear systems (Wamatex-Picanol). Other application areas include musical instruments, military equipment, optical instruments (camera, etc.), garden tools and equipment, skates, hinges, bicycle chains, spindle bearings and pulleys. Dry spray can be used comfortably at temperatures from – 40 °C to +260 °C, where greases are not suitable.
