It is a carbon and burnt oil solvent in food businesses, food factories and professional kitchens. It is used for cleaning stainless steel surfaces, etc. It is more than 90% biodegradable. Especially recommended for the food industry. It can be diluted with soft or hard water. It is very effective against burnt oil and residues.
Usage
It’s used by spraying, brushing or dipping method. It is used by diluting with hot water with the ratio of 2% to 20% depending of the density of the dirt and according to the material to be cleaned.
